Matt replaced our 1st floor timber deck above our garage. His quote was competitively lower than the larger builders and the quality of his work was first class.
He explained the job requirements in detail and included completely new waterproofing to the concrete slab and joints (the other quotes suggested only patching the waterproofing).
Work was efficiently completed when scheduled and Matt/Lockey were very polite, tidy and very detailed in the construction.
